Where is the studio?
In Loch Sheldrake, NY, in the heart of the Catskills — minutes from the summer colonies.
How does booking work?
Buy a class pack, and one credit books one class. You can manage all your bookings from My Classes on your phone.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens. Cancel from My Classes any time before class starts — cancel at least 12 hours ahead and the full credit goes right back to your account to book a future class. Within 12 hours of class, the spot is released but the credit stays used.
Do I need Pilates experience?
No. Foundations and Gentle classes are built for first-timers, and modifications are offered in every class — come exactly as you are.
